Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Thai Baht.
• Rates are net price include to 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% Provincial Tax.
• A deposit is required to guarantee the booking, being either 30% or 3 nights whichever is greater. 50% deposit is required for Christmas / New Year Period.
• Deposit can be collected via Credit Card, bank transfer or PayPal online payment.
• Daily breakfast for Bungalow booking only is included.
• Complimentary private round trip Airport Transfers (minimum stay 2 nights).
• Please note that children age 12 and older are considered as adult. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
• Baby cot provided free of charge.

Check-in & Check-out times

• Check-in time is from 1:00pm. Early check-in is Free of charge subject to availability.
• Check-out time is 12:00pm (noon). Late check-out is Free of charge subject to availability.
• Luggage will be kept in the storage as long as necessary before the room is available or until guest’s departure.

Cancellations

Low and High Seasons

• If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less bank handling charges of 10% and credit card charges (3%) when applicable.
• For cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited.
• In case of early check out, the night of the check out date will be charged, payable directly to the hotel upon departure.

Peak Season

• 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
• In case of cancellation within 30 to 21 days of arrival 50% of the entire stay will be forfeited together with applicable government taxes.
• In case of cancellation within 21 days of arrival 100% of the stay will be forfeited together with applicable Government taxes.
